Take a pot and put 1 kg Chicken ;1 tsp salt and 1 glass of water and cook on medium flame to make yukhni.(soup)
Take a piece of cloth and put
Cook till the meat is not fully tender b/c it will more cook with rice.
For rice Preparation:-
Soak 4 cup good quality rice or seela rice
Grind 5 green chillies with 4 tbsp of yogurt.
Deep fry 2 big onions in a wok till golden brown and spread on paper towel.for garnishing
meat (strained from yukhni)’Fry well then add rice and yukhni(soup).If require add water its level should be enough to cover rice and meat.Cook on high flame .
