Chicken Malai Handi

Chicken Malai Handi
Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg cut into cubes
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 4 tbsp
crushed brown onion 4 tbsp
Green chilli paste 1 tbsp or (2 grinded green chillies)
Fine chopped or grinded coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
White pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Oil 2 tablespoons

Milk 4 tbsp

Butter 1 tbsp

Bullet green chillies 4 for garnish

Corn flour 1 tbsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Marinate Chicken with all ingredients..Leave It in refrigerator for 3 hours..Marination of 3 hours will make the meat tender and will give it melt in the mouth like creamy texture.

Put a Handi (clay pot) on stove.Add  marinated chicken and cover the lid. cook  on low flame for 40 minutes.At the end put a piece of burning coal over the chicken on Aluminium foil and cover the lid to give it nice smoky flavours.Garnish with green chillies.
