Mini Chocolate bundt cakes with Nutella icing
Yield 16 mini bundt cakes
Flour 1 cup sifted
Grinded Sugar 1 cup
Cocopowder 1/4 cup sifted
Baking powder 3/4 tsp
Baking soda 3/4 tsp
Oil or melted butter or olive oil 1/4 cup
Milk 1 /2 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
1/2 cup boiling water..
Preheat oven to 180°c….
grease 16 pieces of mini bundt cakes pan with oil and dust with flour.Set aside.
Now Sift together dry ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
Take a bowl and add egg , oil ,grinded sugar ,vanilla essence and milk;beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. .Now add dry mixture.Mix well .Then pour hot boiling water..Mix well (Batter will be thin.) Pour into lined, greased and floured,bundt cakes pan.Bake 10 minutes on middle rack of the oven.Cool bundt cakes completely on room temperature before removing from pan.Carefully remove from edges. Then Cool on wire rack .
For Nutella and chocolate Icing
Grated Milk chocolate or chocolate chips 100 gms
Butter 1 tsp
Milk 1 tablespoons
Nutella chocolate spread 2 tablespoons
Coco powder 1 tbsp
White Chocolate chips
Milk chocolate chips
Melt chocolate on double boiler and add milk ,Nutella,coco and butter .Stir well and spread on bundt cakes .decorate with white chocolate chips,milk chocolate chips,sprinkles and Nutella.
