Malt cake for Birthday party

This Malt cake recipe has been provided by Shagufta Ahsan. She made this cake for her son’s birthday party.I had attended the party, the taste was awesome,so I asked her to share the recipe for my blog readers. It is enough for 24 to 36 guests. She made it a day before the event, and kept in freezer. You must Make sure to wrap it in plastic wrap or Aluminum foil and then freeze.

It tastes  best when it is completely chilled, so make it a day before your event, refrigerate after its ready..

She made 2 cake sponges with this recipe and had decorated seperately. If you want to make a big one then make layers of both sponges and decorate by your own choice with maltesers or chocolate curls.
