Spicy Mutton pot roast
ingredients
Mutton with bones 750 gms
garlic paste 1 tablespoon
ginger paste 1 tbsp
cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
chaat Masala 1 tsp
Red chilli pwd 1 tbsp
salt 1 n 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
oil 2 tablespoons
Directions.,..
Heat oil in a big pan or wok.Fry mutton with ginger n garlic paste from both sides .Now add all the remaining ingredients except chaat masala.then add 1 cup of water and cover the lid .cook on low flame for 2 hours.Stir occasionally to prevent burning of masala.when mutton is tender then fry or bhoonify well(bhunai)..sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
