Butter and chilli
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter
1 Onion fine chopped
Chopped Garlic 1 tsp
2 green chillies deseeded and finely chopped
2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
2 cups rice(soak and boil with salt)
Heat the oil in a pan.Now add butter and Saute onion,garlic and then chillies for 5 mins. Add in the chilli garlic sauce,black pepper powder and red chilli..Now stir, then add the rice, breaking up with a wooden spoon so all the grains are coated well.
Use a high heat and scrape any that sticks off the bottom .
