Kashmiri red chilli and Imli chutney
This chutney is good to serve with kababs or with barbecue items. It has been provided by Shagufta Ahsan as a guest post.
This recipe is made with kashmiri red chilli or talhar Mitch. You can make it with round whole red chillies.
Chopped Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Mint leaves 10
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Garlic cloves 8
Thick Tamarind pulp 1 cup
Coriander seeds 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cumin seed 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri lal Mirch /talhar Mirch 2
Soak tamarind in hot water.
Remove seeds and keep the pulp aside..
Soak kashmiri red chilli in water for 10 minutes.
Now Blend tamarind pulp,red chilli and all the remaining ingredients in blender and make chutney. Do not add water.
Serve with your favourite kababs or with BBQ items.
