Chocolate bundt cake topped with Chocolate Ganache

Simplicity leads to sophistication.This simple bundt cake is very easy to make.It is soft and moist chocolate cake with Chocolate Ganache .It is quick recipe for tea party .This recipe is easy and a total crowd pleaser.To make for a large crowd you can easily double the recipe (Each and every ingredient will be doubled)can bake it in two 8 inches Sandwich cake pans.

It is good to make for Mother’s Day or Father’s Day treat.You can quickly make it and can give it to friends and relatives as a gift.Just wraps in beautiful packaging and surprise your friends or relatives.

This Delicious and Easy Chocolate Bundt Cake will make you a rock star with your friends and family.

Serves 12 persons

Ingredients

Flour 1 cup sifted

Grinded Sugar 1 cup

Cocopowder 1/4 cup sifted

Baking powder 3/4 tsp

Baking soda 3/4 tsp

Vegetable Oil or melted butter or olive oil 1/4 cup

Egg 1

Milk 1 /2 cup

Vanilla essence 1 tsp

1/2 cup boiling water..

Directions

Preheat oven to 180°c….
grease bundt pan  with oil and dust flour.
Sift together dry ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
Take a bowl and add egg , oil ,grinded sugar ,vanilla essence and milk;beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. .Now add dry mixture.Mix well .Then pour hot boiling water..Mix well (Batter will be thin.) Pour into greased and floured bundt  pan.Bake 20 minutes on middle rack of the oven.Cool  10 minutes before removing from pan. Then put a dinner plate on pan and remove bundt cake on plate.Cool it on wire rack .

For Chocolate Ganache topping,,

Melt 1/2 cup of shredded cooking chocolate on double boiler with half cup whiping cream.Stir well.

Spread  warm chocolate ganache immediately on top of bundt cake .Serve with a cup of tea or coffee.
