Beef Strips with Spaghetti/Egg Noodles
Ingredients
For marination:
Beef undercut 250 gms (cut into strips)
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cornflour 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
For sauce ::
Oil 2 tablespoon
Garlic chopped 1 teaspoon
Soya sauce 1 tablespoons
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
White pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
Salt 3/4 teaspoon
Chilli garlic ketchup sauce 1 tbsp
Crushed red chillies 1/2 tsp
Corn flour 1 teaspoon
Beef stock 1/4 cup
Red chilli sauce 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 teaspoon
Raw spaghetti or egg noodles 50 gms
Method::
- Marinate beef strips with salt, for two hours.
- Boil spaghetti according to package directions. Set aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.Fry garlic till golden .Now add marinated beef strips and fry well.
- Now add beef stock and cook the beef strips on low flame till tender.
- Now add spaghetti ,Soya sauce 1 tablespoons
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
White pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
Salt 3/4 teaspoon, Chilli garlic ketchup sauce 1 tbsp
Crushed red chillies 1/2 tsp
Corn flour 1 teaspoon
Red chilli sauce 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 teaspoon..
