Quick Shallow fried beef strips with daal chawal
Ingredients:
For Marination:
Beaf Sirlion/ Undercut 250 gms , cut into strips
salt 1/2 tsp
minced garlic 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
Red chili sauce 1/4 tsp
olive oil 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Olive oil for shallow frying 2 tbsp
Method:
For Marination:
Take a bowl and add beef strips. Now add salt 1/2 tsp,
minced garlic 1 tsp,
Soya sauce 1/2 tsp,
Red chili sauce 1/4 tsp,
olive oil 1 tbsp, and Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
For frying:
Heat 2tbsp oil in a frying pan and add marinated beef strips. Fry well till done.
Serve with daal chawal.
